        Location: the hotel was close to many attractions, and the yurt looking shopping center. Had tea and goodies at Marrone Rosso, nestled 1 mi of the venue. I greatly enjoyed the room with balcony, the bed was extremely comfy.

        Breakfast was a spread of good options, almost like a culinary treasure hunt! The staff were an absolute dream. And can we talk about that gorgeous swimming pool? It's a good oasis to relax in after exploring the city.

        We loved the beautiful atmosphere of the hotel, which reminded me of a garden retreat. The complimentary upgrade to our Premium King Room was a good surprise, and the staff was helpful, especially during our quick check-in.

        In my wife's opinion, breakfast choices could use more variety.

        The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated next to the main boulevard with Bayterek Tower on one side and Khan Shatyr shopping mall on the other. the hotel offers the convenience of early check-in. - It is also close to an Irish pub, the airport, and a shopping center.
